Hi RG,

I was doing compensations using single color beads and I find that every time I compensate my percentage values for compensations changes.  Let say for instance I am using compensation  beads FITC and PE. In my first run at 10:00am I saw that PE-% FITC was 29.30.  Now when I re-run the same compensation beads at 10:03 am, the PE-%FITC was 29.25. Why does this small change happen? Is it due to CV? As I am using identical intensity beads all the time to compensate, Shouldn't  the %  comp value remain the same, at lease for that particular day and at that particuar voltage.... Can any one please explain this to me
