What is the equivalent of ANOVA for comparison of proportions (percentage)? Does it have post-hoc?
The story of my mean:
1- We have one sample z (or t) test for a percentage (which is like Cochran sample size formula).
2- Then we can have z (or t) test for comparison of two proportions.
3- So, what is the equivalent for more than 2 groups?
Currently, I use z (or t) test for comparison of two proportions (as 2 by 2= group1 vs group2, group1 vs group3, etc). The I correct the P values according to the number of multiple comparisons?
Am I right?
If you have 3 categorical variables, then you can examine their inter-relationships through a Chi-square test.

I am familiar with chi2, but my variables have percentage of a continuous scale. It is percentage of a specific color threshold of the power field of microscope.
Some researchers use dpi scale and then ANOVA. Some others use the very percentage and then ANOVA.
