I have to identify lymphocytes on histological sections (after PFA fixation). Please is there any good marker which can be used to label both B and T lymphocytes? Thanks
if you mean immunohistochemical marker you can use LCA (leukocyte common antigen) to identify both T and B lymphocytes.
