Can anyone suggest me any easily available material(like an alloy or stainless steel type) which should be electrically insulating and thermally conducting and also been able to sustain 400-500 degree celcius .

A widely used measure can be Wiedemann–Franz law constant concept brought to ceramics.
As for the commercial availability, Mica is very widely mined, especially in India.
But I do not know which mica- be it octahedral or tetrahedral type, etc.
