I draw your attention that the triple system of water-hydrocarbon polymer is a co-operative. Influence of water with a hydrophobic interaction is difficult to take into simulations. See our article on the subject. The solubilization in the polymeric micelles is not different from solubilization in SDS micelles (simulations).

Spasibo, but I am not sure which article you refer to, please provide details.  Also, I must kindly disagree that solubilization in polymeric micelles is not different from solubilization in SDS micelles. We know very well from our experiments (see attached), that certain polymer micelles can solubilize hydrophobic molecules much more efficiently than small molecule micelles and also other polymeric micelles. So, if simulations suggest there is no difference, then the simulations are use- and worthless.

I mean the general nature of the solubilization and not particular: solubilization centers, their number, volumetric capacity, etc. What you'll simulate these details? However, Alexander Kabanov knows what to do next. Then why ask?
