Hi All,

I have a sample of 60 participants and and trying to assess grooming behaviours exhibited by them. There are 77 grooming behaviours and the responses were either present (1), Not present (0), or unknown (represented as missing data). I am trying to create clusters of these behaviours to determine what groups of behaviours are synonymous with this group. I have looked at factor analysis, and producing a tetrachoric correlation matrix, but I don't think either are appropriate due to the small sample. Any ideas on the best course of action? Should they be qualitatively grouped and then assessed in those pre-determined clusters?

Many thanks in advance for any help
