You must draw the right structural model in Amos because your arrows are not in right direction. If you did not have any experience regarding Amos or PLS , you can use PROCESS macro in SPSS. You can get results for your hypothesis.
The way you explain, I guess some of your constructs are second order. Anyway, you need to read a lot or attend the SEM workshop. Go to Structural Equation Modeling / Workshop to get more information.
I think what you asked is about second order model where there is a main construct consists of many sub-construct. Each sub-construct may have many items.

Your latent construct is not right since your arrow is pointing towards the latent variables. Please note, latent constructs should have valid indicators (i.e. acceptable factor loadings) regardless of order. I might suggest that reverse the arrow of the preceding observed variables to latent variables setting it as indicators.
And please read more about SEM. It is not that difficult since most of the context are intuitively explained.
