Hi all,

I am looking at clearing peripheral rodent nerves, and am looking at various methods. My primary concerns with the protocol(s) are as follows:

1) must maintain endogenous fluorescent proteins

2) must be compatible with immunostaining

3) preferably doesn't require any hydrogel-embedding/polymerization

With these 3 concerns in mind, I also was curious as to if anyone has had any success using clearing agents like 2,2'-Thiodiethanol (TDE) without doing any of the hydrogel/polymerization steps? I am investigating PACT, and have tried iDisco but there seems to be an antibody compatibility issue.
