I think, it will depend on the your case.
If you have the row of data, you can use Neural Network (NN). Even if possible, you can combine Neural Network and Fuzzy Logic via Adaptif Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS).

However, if don't have the row data you can use the Fuzzy Inference System with Fuzzy rule base to classify .
