Chimer of lactoferricin -lactoferampin?

Hello

I have several questions: can anyone introduce me about these question?

1- Does interaction between of chimer lactoferricin -lactoferampin and cell membrane has critical role in antibacterial activity?

2- Does increase of aggregation (Adherence) of chimer lactoferricin -lactoferampin to membrane cause increase of antibacterial activity?

3- In overall dose selection of just membrane as target for of chimer lactoferricin -lactoferampin, and optimize of that, can cause to increase antibacterial activity?

fatal error

When I tried to energy minimization my system, I got fatal error as below. Fatal error: Atomtype opls_116 not found Although I've already added this line: ; include water #include "oplsaa.ff/spc.itp" to [molecultype] directive in my topology.
