Anyone have any idea what could be going on? It worked fine months ago. Now when we start a sequence it does not actually inject/measure anything and then shuts down. Could this have something to do with that?
Probably system corruption, but many possible reasons so start with the most obvious first. Click on the "License" menu and verify ALL licenses are present and valid in YOUR system. You will have different ones for each of the modules. Next, be sure and cleanly reboot the entire computer system (after stabilizing the analytical instrument) and flush the cache in case an update needs to refresh. Note: These types of questions are best solved on-site, not via the web. It would be easy to diagnose on the bench and verify everything is working. Checks need to be made at the keyboard.
If the license table is correct and valid, then you may have some software corruption in the system (esp if you do not regularly clean and maintain the computer). We suggest running 'SFC' and 'DISM' system utilities monthly to auto-repair system damage that normally occurs on instrument computers.
