I am currently trying to run a command prompt for MD simulation but came across this error:

It seems there might be an issue with the runme.namd file, particularly in line one where "----------input-----" is mentioned. It appears that you intended it to be a comment, and it might be missing the '#' symbol. You can either remove it entirely or add the '#' symbol to comment it out, and this adjustment should resolve the problem you're facing.
