Dear researcher,

We are working on osteoporosis. we have induced osteoporosis in mice. Further it will targeted by different nanoformulation to manage this bone disorder. So, I want to know,

1. what parameter should be evaluated and

2. what will be taken care during the study to make our outcome

Scientifically sound.

3. Can I incoporate Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) Study.

4. If possible, which region of genes taken for SNP evaluation.

5. I have seen some of the research paper on Human sample for SNP evaluation of osteoporosis. Is it possible on mice sample.
