Is there any formula to convert bacterial log reduction to percentage in order to express the efficiency of a disinfectant? e.g. if count reduced from 10^8 cfu/ml to 10^3 cfu/ml i.e. 5-log reduction, what would be the percentage reduction?

The relationship between log reduction values (LRVs) and percent reduction is generally as follows:
1 log reduction = 90% reduction
2 log reduction = 99% reduction
3 log reduction = 99.9% reduction
4 log reduction = 99.99% reduction
5 log reduction = 99.999% reduction
6 log reduction = 99.9999% reduction

How to express that one mL of disinfectant reduces 5 log reduction...is it correct like my disinfectant reduces bacterial population 3 log when i apply 2.4 mL disinfectant on a surface??
(10^8 cfu/ml - 10^3 cfu/ml ) /10^8 cfu/ml x 100 = percent reduction
Log Reduction =log10 (A/B)
A= Baseline count CFU/mL and B= count after test (reduction after exposure) CFU.mL.

According to first percentage reduction formula and values given , there is 0.1% reduction . How to plot a graph ?
