In New Material Parameters you can choose a 1st, 2nd or 3rd order dispersive model for the dielectric and magnetic properties on the Dispersion tab. I'm not sure if it will do what you want but it might.

You need to search the internet or other resources you have to find the parameters for this material at optical frequencies. Someone may have measured them.
