I have got the Ce3D spectra of different nanoparticles samples. There are total 12 peaks after deconvolution but literature and recent publications are showing total of 10 peaks. Could you please help me to figure out the this potentail issue ? Your help will be highly appreciated. Please find the peak table and spectra in attachment.

As mentioned above to assign the Ce 3d peaks after deconvolution you need to know the environment Ce is in and use a database to help you assign the different species.

De-convolution via automated software methods (which I assume is what you're doing) generally isn't 100% reliable - it won't necessarily throw up the right combination of peaks if it's unconstrained, especially with peaks that are very close together or affected by noise/background signals. Assuming the software you're using allows it, I'd try fitting peaks corresponding to those in the literature with narrow constraints (maximum/minimum value of position) and seeing if that fits the data just as well.
Also, you could try matching your 12 peaks to the 10 from the literature, i.e. seeing which of your ones closely match ones from the literature in position, height relative to each other etc. You might find that you're left with 2 which are very small, or which could be due to another element, etc.
