Dear Ahmed Hamdy.

I'll make some considerations about your problem.

If you want to size a pump in order to design the internal dimensions of the pump, there is only one book that provides a good introduction on the subject, Wislicenus, George F.. 1965 Fluid Mechanics of Turbomachinery (vol I and II). It's an old book by a professor at Pen State University, but do not worry about it, certainly the current teachers in the university does not have half the knowledge of this amazing professional (I'm not speaking ill of the current professional, I am giving the dimension of teacher Wislicenus!).

But if your problem is to choose a pump does not waste time with structural details, look in the manuals of good manufacturers a pump that meets your needs.

Now just saying a bit of your problem , choose a pump to work 24h/7j is not a good criterion for design, will leave your system without backlash, something extremely dangerous for mechanical systems!
