Does anyone know how to perform ELISA on bone tissue samples collected from mice? We have some bone tissue samples collected from in vivo experiments on mice. How can I isolate the cells and lyse them in order to obtain cell lysates and to perform ELISA for osteogenic marker detection?

You could try de-calcifying your bone sample to resorb the bone matrix by using EDTA (a chelator that will bind Calcium). Then you should isolate the cells of your interest and extract their content to perform ELISA.
