Hi all, I wonder whether anyone of you have encounter such a phenomenon.

Our lab uses the following culture condition for growing human MSC, and our MSC are derived from human bone-marrow: Low-Glucose DMEM supplemented with 10% FBS.

I have done a surface marker characterization recently on a few primary human MSC of early passage (P1 and P2), and found that they are CD19 positive.

I have also recently isolated/cultured some primary MSC by adherence method, and also found that they are CD19 positive at P1.

I wonder if this has to do with the culture condition?
