My new project is related to adding organic dispersion on MWCNT (NC7000 if matters) into paraffine.
Now I use toluene and ultrasound treatment (high intensity) to make one, but I feel that the obtained solution is unstable and tends to agglomerate very fast.
Give me your recipe for dispersing CNT in organic solvents, please.

Carbon nanotubes are difficult to disperse into a solvent. Normally the can be dispersed into DI water with assisting from a surfactant using a strong ultrasonic bath. The details you could find from the below linked publication.

For estimation of dispersibility of materials in solvents I'd recommend to look at such parameter as Hansen solubility which may help to choose the right solvent for your task. From my own experience surfactants are good for dispersion in water but it looks like in's not suitable for your problem.
For stable MWNT dispersion in organic solvent we had the best results with NMP
(N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone).
One more hint - the more defects your have in MWNTs walls the more stable are water and alcohol dispersions (basically it is direct consequence of Hansen solubility analysis).
