I have biotic and abiotic variables: All abiotic in absolute concentration; but the biotic factor I am interested in is in relative concentration (actual concentration for each variant of the metabolite is not known). Relative concentration was calculated based on peak area from HRMS.
Can we plot a CCA in order to know the variables affecting the metabolite composition in water.
