I recommend going to doaj.org and type in 'zoology' using 'all fields' for the search. You will find many journals, and all are reputable as DOAJ only lists valid journals, and for each journal it tells you the cost of publishing and many are free.
Since doaj.org only evaluates and lists online only journals, if you are fine with a journal that has traditional publishing I do recommend using scimagojr.com to find journals. Their journals are SCOPUS listed and there are several ways to search. The problem is that the data on journals does not include publication costs, so you need to find an journal of interest and click on its website. Then search for APC's or if the journal says it has an OA option (then traditional option is default) or that it 'supports open access' or other similar statements on their landing page or in their comments about open access. While time consuming, this allows access to some of the top journals possible (and you can find what 'Quarter' the journal is).
