Dear colleagues working with RT-PCR devices,

We are a team of data scientists, biologists, web developers working on an open-source machine-learning algorithm to contribute suppressing the COVID19 pandemic by further increasing the reliability and automation of PCR testing, and analysis.

1) In order to set up the basic parameters, we are collecting raw data exported from many different RT-PCR devices here: [email protected] with the specification of the RT-PCR device.

2) We are also waiting to receive COVID19 PCR raw data with experts’ interpretations to assemble our training data set: open-pcr-analytics.org

I believe that our effort together will help many labs to diagnose virus carriers even more accurately, speed up the tests, and save reagents by avoiding retests.
