I just finished writing my review article on rheumatoid arthritis. the review contains about 3600 words (tables and figures included only) and 150 references. The article scored 30% when checked with iThenticate (grey colored).
I kindly ask if someone can recommend any free reputed journal to submit my article. (keywords: RA, Genetic factors, Environmental Factors)

You could try a journal finder website. Here are a couple that I use:

You simply put in your title and abstract and they will suggest journals that may fit. You can select journals based on fee structure, open access etc. Please note these are all for different publishers, so they will obviously be pushing their own products.
The other suggestion I have is to look at the reference list of your review - the journals that are in the reference list multiple times are journals that publish on this topic, so would be worth investigation.
As for reputed journals, I use http://www.scimagojr.com/ to check the reputation of a journal prior to submission.
