I have my plan to work on the proposed project (rough draft file attached) for your valuable suggestions and inputs.

1. What is the objective? (SMART: specific, measurable, agreed, realistic, and set time);

2. What is the problem (return to the previous state) or opportunity (to be achieved) or the legal requirement to be met ?;

3. What are the main project deliverables (WBS);

4. What are the activities and who will make each delivery and at what cost ?
