I have done all the work from preprocessing till extracting marker genes from the clusters. Now, I need to find the cell types. can you please name some databases where I can find the cell types. I am specifically looking for Homosepiens.

You can go for CellMarker (http://bio-bigdata.hrbmu.edu.cn/CellMarker/), a manually curated resource of cell markers in human and mouse.
If you are going to name the immune cells, I would also recommend you a public resource called ImmGen. MyGeneset (http://rstats.immgen.org/MyGeneSet_New/index.html) is one of the databrowser, in which you can select the population of interest and put a list of gene of your interest (marker gene list), then it will generates a heatmap or dotplot or boxplot of expressions of your list of genes in each selected cell population.

I tried cell marker but it won't give results for a set of genes, we need to query gene by gene, and it's tedious.
