Lactic acid bacteria can not do sporulation under extreme conditions; So it is difficult to store them without decreasing CFU at room temperature for several years. Recently, Any methods for preservation of them in a liquid medium ??? what is the mechanism?

No, you cannot. The gold standard preservation method for them is freeze-drying. However, for room temperature preservation, an equal amount of sugar/molasses could be added to the liquid, just to reduce water activity, otherwise refrigeration is advised.
