It is one of the species of Macrocybe. Note that additional photos of the underside and stalk base are needed for identification of most mushrooms. In this case, you would need to know if there are scales on the stalk (stipe) and whether there is a pseudosclerotium (a tuber-like growth) at the base. See the attached publication and key.
I considered Termitomyces but the margin of the cap and the flesh of the pileus seem thick, which is more like a Macrocybe than Termitomyces, but certainly worth checking.
