I think it is Jatropha gossypiifolia.

This plant could be J. gossypifolia or J. glandulifera.

J. gossypifolia is the correct identification

i think it is J. spinosa or J. glauca. If the stipules are transformed to spines, and not gland tipped, so it is J. spinosa. If the stipules are filiform and gland tipped it is J. glauca.

The species in the pictures resembling Jatropha gossypiifolia. Sorry but I don't have any key for identificate species of this genus. I only reach to this conclusion based on similarity
