Can we use the same protocol of extraction of the 2 toxins cylinderspermopsin and microcystin ??

Hello I am about to do an Elisa assay on 2 toxins cylindrospermopsin and microcystin LR (Water) , the question is can use the same protocol of extraction of the toxins ??? Especially that both have the same solvent methanol. So if anyone could help me please
