Hope you are safe and well.
The unbalanced ternary logic system has 3 values (Low: 0, Middle: 1, High: 2) that is equivalent to (0, Vdd/2, Vdd).
So many researchers use the CNFET transistor to implement the ternary circuits very easily because we can change the diameter of the Carbo Nano Tube inside the CNFET and get different values of the voltage threshold.
My question is:
Can we use the FinFET transistor in ternary logic circuits?
Which model can we use? Which simulator can support that model?

The issue in using FinFET for ternary logic is width quantization of FinFET technology which does not allow arbitrary threshold voltages
