It is possible to get dry oxygen by supplying water to the cathode side only. This is only a rough calculation idea. Need suggestions, will this work?
I can not see why not, as long as it is produced with the necessary precautions and processes that make it suitable for human application. All process(s) considerations need to be considered.

By the electrolysis of water we can obtain oxygen and hydrogen (2/3 H2, 1/3 O2). Although the importance of oxygen for covid-19 patients, H2 plays a crucial role in the alleviation of many symptoms associated with this disease. Molecular hydrogen is known for its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptosis properties as well as different beneficial effects.

Subash Gupta, of course, there are different companies producing water electrolysis machines (oxyhydrogen generator). You need ONLY to select the 3-6 L/min models for the purpose of covid-19 treatment.
