We want to make agroinfiltration medium for transformation of plants but we don't have Na3PO4.

Can we use another thing such as Na2HPO4 insted of it?
I don't think the change of buffer has that much of an effect, as long as the pH is maintained and it is not toxic for Agrobacterium. For infiltration of Arabidopsis flower buds we use 0.5X MS: http://link.springer.com/article/10.1007%2FBF02773350
For infiltration of tobacco leaves also MES buffer is used: http://naldc.nal.usda.gov/download/29286/PDF
There won`t be any problem as it all is sodium phosphate buffers..just follow the concentration that is needed

We usually do not use Na3PO4. If you will use it for floral dip, MES buffer, MS medium with glucose and acetosyringone work well.
For transient infiltration of leaves we only use 10 mM MgCl2 and acetosyringone (which stimulate Agrobacterium to infect).
