I want to use LTM And YSZ combination to develop TBC

You can probably use it. A lot of combinations have been tried and a few have shown promising results in dual layer system. One thing that is critical when developing such coating is the microstructure of the coating, this has a very strong influence on the properties of the coating; if you perform cyclic test, like furnace cyclic, burner rig... it is often the critical factor for the coating performance.
