Lanthanides and Actinides series elements are rare earth elements. Their concentration in waste cooking oil is very very low and with this Biodiesel process may not be economically viable. 

How can you support these metals(Lanthanides and Actinides group ) on activated carbon?

It is advised to use low-cost catalysts for biodiesel production to make it economical. Lanthanides and actinides are expensive, I guess.
