I am a PhD Scholar. I am in need of valid and reliable scale of HRM System Maturity. But i found a one item scale. Is it feasible for PhD Study to measure a construct through only one item with detailed description?
Secondly, can i measure HRM System Maturity through HRM System Strength Scale? "HRM System Maturity" and "HRM System Strength" have same concept and meaning? Need expert advice, please.
