UV detection is not the most sensitive choice for this kind of compounds. It might be possible to use UV for detecting monoaminergic neurotransmitters, but the sensitivity won't be enough to detect their metabolites, which usually have much lower concentrations in neural tissue.
The paper suggested above does not cover the detection of dopamine.
