Q1. Are these samples in 30% Suc PBS1x? If the antibody is very good the IHC may work. Although the staining will never be as nice as using freshly fixed tissue.

If storage is adequate, these samples could be useful .....moreover you can try with few samples first, If Ab is in really good condition you will get the appropriate IHC results.
