It now depends how do you formulate your fouling problem. If it's deposition of particulate matters in a fluid medium on a solid wall, this can surely be done. It should be noted that, OpenFoam has only basic solvers to solve the equation of motion of each phase, however fouling growth requires physical model for particle-particle and particle-substrate attraction forces which need to coded and need to incorporated as momentum source terms.
