As argued in a recent thread (https://www.researchgate.net/post/How_to_handle_a_parasitic_protist_species_insufficiently_described_100_years_ago_and_probably_found_again), 100 years is enough for an organism to evolve, as to thrown into confusion the identification of the species described a century ago. Are there proven examples of such "fast" evolution?
