Universal Nucleic Acid can form hydrogen bonding with all nucleic acid bases, G A C T(U). I want to make it and that is one of my dream.

And, how about to use Janus base, which has two faces to form hydrogen bonding, for the universal base. there are a lot of janus bases that are two or three membrane rings types. But few are to connect one ring by bond to another (or others). How about to make new artificial base which has two rings connected with one or over bonds? The advantages I think is to rotate by bond and can be used two faces of each of rings.
