There are many chemical being used in enhancing biochemical activity such as phosphorus solubilization and nitrogen fixing activity in bacteria/fungus. Could anyone tell me about biological agents could or being used for the same?
We used Paramecium caudatum as an test organism for testing fungal secondary metabolite activity. Unfortunately, it was about 10 years ago, so I cannot give you any links. Though, Paramecium being sensitive to many substances, is used worldwide as bioindicator organism
