Due to entropy generation analysys are carried out considering at least two energy streams, one before the process that increases entropy and another after it, for this type of analysis I recommend a kind of simulation software that providess another solution method less tricky, like Hysys and / or Aspen Plus.

If you want to continue with Fluent, you will have to work more than necessary for this kind of analysis, you can use it too though, especially if you are considering a Microscopic Approach.
