I would like to have your views on treatment planning of this case.patient is around 60 yrs of age had implant 2 years ago, lost his FPD few months back,implants are well integrated with some soft tissue coverage on abutments,on right side,i have planned to do alveoloplasty and gingivectomy to expose the abutments and give him FPD.will the cantilever of #14 jeopradize the health on pier abutment #15?

On the left side plan is to remove the exsisting broken crown from #27 and give him tooth to implant FPD question is can we do more than 3 units of FPD on tooth to implant.
