First check if you entered the correct email address, this is pretty cheesy but happens all the time. Or it may be due to network firewall problems that your receiving system did not receive the email after it was sent (this often happens when I use gmail to register some websites in China). Try borrowing someone else's email address or wait for a while. Hope my answer is useful
