We are evaluating the antioxidant properties with DPPH method and total phenolics. for this three extracts of dry plant material were prepared viz hexane, chloroform and methanol. For preparing sample can we dissolve three different extracts in one solvent or in respective solvent with which these were extracted. Is there any effect on activity and total phenolic count if we prepare sample with respective solvent with which these were extracted.
