Can We Detect Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) known as Brain Stroke Episode based on ECG-Heart Signal at an Earlier Stage of Time?

So far we can Detect ST Bio-Markers and the Behavior of the T-wave of the PQRST Complex to Recognize the Ischemic Brain Episode, but how earlier in time can we Detect this Death Disease? Can the EEG signals also give some Bio-Markers for improving the rate of Diagnosis and Prognosis? I believe that both EEG and ECG signals can be Correlated based on time in-variance and statistics to better Diagnose the AIS Disease.
