Can we decrease the image's pixel size from 20m to 10m in ArcGIS Pro? I have tried the resampling tool but it is not producing 10m image.
Resampling is an option if you don't have a panchromatic image with your 20 m resolution data. However, if you have a panchromatic image, there are options in ArcGIS to "pan-sharpen" your data.
If you are looking at small study sites, you could look for higher spatial resolution data collected around the same time, finely register your 20 m imagery and try to pan sharpen with with those data. Some sentinal 2 satellite imagery bands are at 10 m, so they could possibly be used.
The Resample (Data Management) tool should be exactly what you're looking for, and the cell_size parameter should allow you to set your target resolution.
