I am sharing the research articles in which bimetallic nanoparticles are capped with glutathione. Hopefully this may help you.

Glutathione having so many polar groups will act as capping agent (Surfactant). In a polar solvent dissolve glutathione and add bimetallic nano particles. Ultrasonication of the mixture using ultrasonic probe will be able to cap the nanoparticles.
