I synthesized PAni (Polymer aniline) but I do not know what is the peak in the 1400 cm-1? Is there a problem with the device or impurities? I synthesized Pani several times carefully And I still see this peak?

- I do not think there would be any major issue with the sharp local minima in your FTIR plot.
- It seems you are getting proper local maxima upon which you can accordingly write your analytics.

- If I were you, I would run it on different/various samples a few more times to have proper statistics on hand or get additional insights on the slight or moderate shifts in your peaks to left/right or up/down. That can also give you a rather solid perspective on your sample preps, in accordance with the goal of your project.

The corresponding C=C stretching and C-H bending vibrational modes of the hydrocarbon molecules give rise to bands in the region 1750–1350 cm−1 and indicate the formation of polyolefins and/or aromatics, among which are methyl-substituted benzene rings.
The other bands can be assigned to ν(C=C) modes (1585 cm−1) and δ(C-H) modes (1480, 1450, and 1397 cm−1)

according to this article the peak in this region present in the spectra of the products obtained at low acidity and under alkaline conditions.
